Neil Rossman

Attorney

Partner and co-founder of the firm, Attorney Neil Rossman, has maintained an active trial practice representing clients in major product liability, medical malpractice, and personal injury cases in both the Superior Court and the United States District Court. He also concentrates in collective bargaining and labor relations for many greater Boston municipal police and fire labor unions.

Attorney Rossman received his undergraduate education at Wesleyan University and following active military service received his Juris Doctor degree from Boston University.

Attorney Rossman’s career has led to his being recognized nationally as an expert and consultant in matters of firefighter safety and occupational health. He has spoken widely on these topics.

Representative Cases

Dalkon Shield liability litigation where Mr. Rossman was a member and presiding officer of the Dalkon Shield Claimants Committee.
Tynan v. Pirsch Fire Apparatus in which Mr. Rossman successfully litigated this case, which had the additional effect of establishing the proper design criteria for fire apparatus in the nation, impacting both the manufacturing and industry regulations, and improving safety and working conditions for firefighters nationwide.
